Uniform Policy

Hair is to be secured neatly off the face for all classes.

Young ballerinas are encouraged to wear a light-weight skirt to class (no longer than knee-length)

Crossovers may be worn in winter.

Loose-fitting clothing will not be permitted for Classical classes (Ballet/Pointe).

No school uniforms or denim are to be worn to class under any circumstances.

All students must own a black sleeveless leotard for concerts
We do not have a strict uniform structure at Dance Explosion. However, we ask all students to try to wear appropriate dance attire to classes, and are fitted with the following appropriate footwear and attire for concerts:
Note: As Production classes are equal parts Jazz/Funk and Tap, students in Production classes require both Jazz and Tap shoes.
